Hi, I’m Samantha, founder of Samantha’s Health and Fitness. I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 17 years, helping people of all ages and abilities feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. My background includes Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and nutrition coaching, which allows me to take a holistic approach to training. I believe fitness should be personal, enjoyable, and sustainable — not intimidating. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where every client feels supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.
